HOSPICE CARE • Hospice & Home Care of Alexander County, Inc. is available to residents of Alexander and surrounding counties in North Carolina who have a limited life expectancy due to any medical condition. The Hospice team works together to develop a plan of care for each patient. Serving Alexander County since 1985, Hospice & Home Care of Alexander County, Inc. specializes in easing the physical, emotional and spiritual discomforts that each patient and their family face as the end of life nears. HOME CARE • Hospice & Home Care of Alexander County, Inc. is licensed not only as a hospice, but as a home care agency, enabling us to provide services to the community apart from the hospice component of care. Home Care assigns In-Home Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants Level I and II to provide care for people of all ages who, due to medical conditions, need assistance with routine daily activities.
