"Your outstanding Web site of Taylorsville and Alexander County has helped us to fall in love with your small town even before we will become part of the Taylorsville community. I will be moving to Taylorsville to become the pastor of the First United Methodist Church on June 26th. The photos of community events gave me and my family a flavor of goodness of the shared community life. The information about community agencies and businesses has been invaluable in making practical preparation before arriving. And telling our family and friends to click on the site has helped them to know something of the place we will be going. My wife Frances' great uncle is Dr. Alex Moffitt who was a physician in Taylorsville for a number of years. He wrote Frances's mother a letter which we received telling us some about the great life he had in Taylorsville and remembered many friends he had there. He is in his nineties I guess and now lives in Arizona....Again thanks for your help in learning more about our new community."
