Flag Dedication atop Linney's Mountain

The Mayor and Town Council of The Town of Taylorsville held a dedication and flag raising Ceremony Saturday October 2nd 2004 at 10:00 am atop Linneys Mountain for a 60 foot flag pole and a US Flag that was flown on the USS Cole July 4th 2004. The project Operation Home Front honors the sacrifices of Military Personnel and the many sacrifices of local families during all conflicts. Citizens or businesses who would like to participate in this project may make contributions in person at Town Hall, or by mail:
